Company news: Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) quarterly results beat analysts’ estimates

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) reported Q1 FY2025 earnings of $0.38 per share (versus $0.42 per share in Q1 FY2024), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.33 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $7.627 bln (+5.9% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $7.451 bln.

The company also issued guidance for Q3 FY2025, seeing EPS of $0.40-0.45 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.41 and revenues of $8.20-8.50 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $8.22 bln.

It also said it now sees FY2025 EPS of $1.78-1.90 versus its prior guidance of $1.70-1.90 and analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.80. Revenue is expected to grow 7-9% y/y in FY2025.

HPE rose to $18.76 (+6.05%) in pre-market trading.
